Carrie Strom has served as President & Global CEO of Hugel Inc. since October 2025.

Prior to joining Hugel, she served as Senior Vice President of AbbVie and Global President of Allergan Aesthetics, where she led a multi-billion-dollar global aesthetics business across more than 50 markets worldwide. Previously, she led Allergan’s U.S. Medical Aesthetics business and spent 11 years at Pfizer in sales and marketing leadership roles.

Carrie earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Ashwin Agarwal serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Americas for Hugel Aesthetics.

Prior to joining Hugel, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Azura Ophthalmics and previously held leadership positions at Evolus, Alder BioPharmaceuticals, and Allergan, where he led finance, treasury, corporate strategy, investor relations, and commercial operations.

Ashwin earned a B.A. in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Hyoung Jin Moon serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Hugel Aesthetics.

With nearly 30 years of experience in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Moon has held leadership roles spanning clinical practice, medical education, and the global aesthetics industry. Prior to his current role, he served as Representative Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of Hugel Inc.

Dr. Moon earned his M.D. and Master of Science in Medicine from Yonsei University College of Medicine.

Cecilia Gores serves as U.S. Vice President of Marketing for Hugel Aesthetics.

Prior to joining Hugel, she held senior marketing leadership positions at Evolus, Desktop Health, Alder BioPharmaceuticals, and Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, where she led commercialization, product launch, and market development initiatives across aesthetics, biotechnology, and medical devices.

Cecilia earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Amanda Rodner serves as U.S. Vice President of Sales for Hugel Aesthetics.

With more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience, Amanda has held senior sales leadership roles across the aesthetics, medical device, and healthcare industries, leading commercial teams and supporting product launch and market expansion initiatives.

Amanda earned a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida and completed the Chief Revenue Officer Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dr. Tara Margarella serves as U.S. Vice President of Medical Affairs for Hugel Aesthetics.

Dr. Margarella brings nearly 15 years of dual expertise to aesthetics as both a practicing clinician and an industry leader. She has driven medical affairs and clinical leadership across both the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Her background spans hands-on patient care, physician education, scientific engagement, and global medical strategy.

Dr. Margarella earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from NYU’s – Polytechnic University and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Kimberly Newnam serves as Vice President, Americas Legal & Compliance for Hugel Aesthetics.

Prior to joining Hugel, she held senior legal and compliance leadership roles at Revance, Evolus, Avanir Pharmaceuticals, and Allergan, advising on commercial strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.

Kimberly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Carole Chan serves as General Manager, Canada for Hugel Aesthetics.

Prior to joining Hugel, she served as a Fractional Chief Commercial Officer for high-growth health technology and medical device companies. With nearly two decades of experience across sales, marketing, and general management, she has led commercial operations for publicly traded companies in more than 100 countries.

Carole earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
