Executive Leadership

Carrie Strom has served as President & Global CEO of Hugel Inc. since October 2025.
Prior to joining Hugel, she served as Senior Vice President of AbbVie and Global President of Allergan Aesthetics, where she led a multi-billion-dollar global aesthetics business across more than 50 markets worldwide. Previously, she led Allergan’s U.S. Medical Aesthetics business and spent 11 years at Pfizer in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Carrie earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Carrie Strom

Daniel Chang is the Korea CEO of Hugel, where he leads the company's growth strategy, commercial operations, and the expansion of Hugel's integrated aesthetics portfolio. An execution-focused leader, he strengthens Hugel's market leadership in Korea while enhancing its competitive position across global markets and advancing its next phase of sustainable growth.
Daniel is a Korean American executive with 27 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, operations, and financial management across the US, Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam, spanning healthcare, media, logistics, retail, automotive, and telecommunications. He has more than 12 years of C-level leadership experience, including serving as President and CEO of Boryung Pharmaceutical in Korea, where he led company-wide operations and doubled revenue to KRW 1 trillion and more than doubled EBITDA to KRW 130 billion within three years. Before joining Boryung Pharmaceutical, Daniel held leadership positions within CJ Group.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
Daniel Chang

Ashwin Agarwal serves as Chief Operating Officer, Americas for Hugel Aesthetics.
Prior to joining Hugel, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Azura Ophthalmics and previously held leadership positions at Evolus, Alder BioPharmaceuticals, and Allergan, where he led finance, treasury, corporate strategy, investor relations, and commercial operations.
Ashwin earned a B.A. in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Ashwin Agarwal

Anita Fauchier serves as Global Head of Regulatory and Quality for Hugel Aesthetics.
Prior to joining Hugel, she served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at AbbVie/Allergan Aesthetics and previously held senior regulatory and quality leadership roles across global medtech, biotechnology, and government organizations. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Anita has led global regulatory strategy and quality across pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and combination products, including direct engagement with the FDA and other health authorities worldwide.
Anita earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Lee University and is fluent in French.
Anita Fauchier

Jake Hwang is the Global CFO of Hugel, bringing over 30 years of healthcare finance and operations leadership across global pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics, and retail industries. In this role, he steers Hugel's global financial strategy, corporate governance, and financial transformation to accelerate the company's continued global market expansion.
Prior to joining Hugel, Jake built a distinguished career through executive finance leadership roles at multinational corporations, including a 12-year tenure at AstraZeneca. During his time there, he held key international finance positions across Korea, the Asia-Pacific region, and the company's headquarters in the UK, ultimately serving as Financial Controller. He later served as Group CFO of Gong Cha and CFO of Homeplus, further expanding his global executive leadership experience in PE backed portfolio companies.
Most recently, he served as the CFO of BL Group, overseeing major affiliates including BL Pharmtech, BL Science, and BL Melanis. In addition to his executive leadership roles, Jake currently serves as an External Director at MACROMILL EMBRAIN. He holds an MBA from London Business School.
Jake Hwang

Jean Jeon serves as Senior Managing Director at Hugel, overseeing Corporate Strategy and Business Development. With over two decades of experience spanning consulting, financial services, and healthcare, she has built deep expertise in enterprise transformation, growth strategy, and business leadership. Before joining Hugel, she held leadership positions at Samsung Card and The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she advised leading organizations on strategic initiatives and long-term value creation. She earned her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Jean Jeon

Jay Ji is Chief Business Officer of Hugel, where he oversees Korea sales, marketing, cosmetics, and commercial operations. He also serves as Head of China Operations and is recognized for his expertise in China's healthcare and medical aesthetics market.
He is also a licensed doctor in China, with strong understanding of both medical and business fields. Mr. Ji played a key role in establishing Hugel's China affiliate and commercializing Letybo in China. He led major market expansion initiatives, including anti-counterfeit campaigns and the "One Vial per Patient" initiative, helping Letybo become the No.1 brand in China's 50U toxin market. Before joining Hugel, Mr. Ji worked on the global business development of K-CAB at CJ HealthCare, contributing to licensing-out deals across China and Southeast Asia worth approximately KRW 200 billion.
He also previously led China business operations at Chong Kun Dang.
Jay Ji

Ray Kim is a corporate executive and strategist currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the Global CEO and Head of Investor Relations. In this dual capacity, he acts as a critical bridge between global leadership and regional operations, driving strategic initiatives, cross-border due diligence, and operational excellence. He works directly with the Global CEO and executive leadership to ensure the company operates as one aligned enterprise", guiding the organization through its next phase of global expansion.
Ray built a distinguished career as a senior equity analyst for 13 years in Credit Suisse. He established a broad-based market perspective before focusing on Korea healthcare, biotechnology, and medical aesthetics, on top of comprehensive range of sector coverage early in his career. Beyond rigorous financial and clinical trial analysis, he excelled in fostering robust client relationships and hosting high-impact investor conferences. He was top-ranked in the Institutional Investor Surveys (II) for Korea and Pharmaceuticals categories. He graduated from Yonsei University and earned dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Applied Statistics.
Ray Kim

Dr. Hyoung Jin Moon serves as Chief Medical Officer for Hugel Aesthetics.
With nearly 30 years of experience in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Moon has held leadership roles spanning clinical practice, medical education, and the global aesthetics industry. Prior to his current role, he served as Representative Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of Hugel Inc.
Dr. Moon earned his M.D. and Master of Science in Medicine from Yonsei University College of Medicine.
Hyoung Jin Moon, MD

Chulmin Park is an Operations and HR executive with over 23 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, construction, and automotive sectors. He currently serves as Vice President & Head of Business Operations, overseeing company-wide production, R&D, and support functions. At Hugel, he has spearheaded critical strategic initiatives, including new plant construction, US ITC litigation management, and FDA inspections.
Previously, Chulmin held pivotal HR leadership roles at Sanofi-Aventis Korea, and Bayer Korea, where he directed comprehensive labor relations, business spin-offs, and enterprise system implementations. Earlier in his career, he managed global HR teams at GS E&C, following an eight-year tenure of increasing responsibility at Hyundai Motor Company.
